Lola’s Chic, let’s talk about fashion

I’m Meritxell, founder of the brand Lola’s Chic. My project was born more than two years ago because I was always fascinated by the world of fashion.

Throughout this time, we have been growing and currently have 4 physical stores, Esparreguera, Molins de Rei, Sabadell and Madrid. You can also find us on our website www.lolaschic.com and of course on Instagram.

At Lola’s we are committed to current fashion in line with new trends, with a lot of personality and style.

We are going to have a monthly appointment with you with a section where we will talk about fashion, we will give you ideas and proposals.

In this first section I am going to talk about the most successful and appropriate costumes at this Christmas time to feel great.

How to dress on Christmas Eve or Christmas Eve:

On this occasion I would bet on soft pieces, such as an outfit in neutral colors or a plain dress with a necklace detail or earrings that stand out

At Christmas Day lunch we could dress in the trendy color this year, burgundy, an elegant color, with a burgundy satin skirt or a black bottom, pants or skirt with a burgundy shirt or top; I would add some jewelry accessories in gold or black colors.

What do we wear for New Year’s Eve and usher in the new year?

On this magical night with a lot of glamour, sophistication… anything goes… I would focus more on gold or silver tones, without leaving elegance or style; A short or long dress in sequins, a shirt in silver tones with studs and a similar short skirt or pants that stylize us, Another option is also valid a long black jumpsuit tight with a short blazer with a lot of style.

If dinner is in a restaurant, I would choose a more elegant look such as a long monochrome dress in velvet fabric and I would put a short fur vest or blazer that has become so fashionable this year. For this occasion I would complement it with large earrings and a bracelet in combination if we go in gold or silver.

For New Year’s and Three Kings lunch:

For January 1 or 6, at a family meal at home or in a restaurant I would choose a more casual look, but with the elegance that these dates deserve;

One option would be: Dark jeans with a neutral-colored shirt in sky blue, pink, white… and a short jacket in camel corduroy tones, a scarf around the neck or long necklace and all this would be combined with extreme ankle boots that give a touch of extravagance to the look.

Another option would be: a short/long knitted dress in monochrome, with a long vest of another color not too shocking or excessive and all with high-top boots.
