If you make the return through our transport company MRW, the return will be free for you (only Peninsula).<\/p>

If you prefer to do it through Correos or another transport agency, you will have to bear the costs of the return. In this case, returns due freight will not be accepted. <\/p>

In both cases the shipment will be under your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once the return has been approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their complete original packaging), you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the payment.<\/p>

We will send you a confirmation email telling you the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days.<\/p>

Remember that the credit on your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank.<\/p>

The amount paid will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.<\/p>

Transport costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded when LOLA’S CHIC is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipment of the wrong product, defective product, product in poor condition, etc.) and in case of withdrawal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

According to the regulations governing Distance Sales, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order.<\/p>

To proceed with the return of an item with which you are not satisfied, we offer you two options: through our transport company MRW, or if you prefer through a Post Office or any other carrier (e.g. Seur, Nacex, etc.) whichever is more convenient for you.<\/p>

The steps you need to follow are as follows:<\/p>

  1. Fill in ALL the details of the Return Form that you will find inside the box\/bag of the order we have sent you, with the information of the items you want to return as well as the necessary data for the collection of the package.

  2. Send the form to the email devoluciones@lolaschic.com indicating in the subject “return order no. XX”. It is very important that you include both in the subject of the email and in the Return Form the number of your order, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

    Please prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and unused. Do not forget to include the duly completed Return Form. <\/li>
  3. As soon as we receive it, we will request the collection of the package from our MRW shipping company.

  4. We will then confirm the date and place of the collection, and send you a shipping note that you must stick on the box. You must facilitate collection within 3 working days from the date we receive the Return Form.
